How it works

When you purchase a Thrive@Life program, parents and caregivers can help a young person go beyond the technical skills and academic knowledge to build real-world employability and life skills, that lead to increased motivation, wellbeing and confidence across their life.

Over 8 weeks, your young person completes the evidence based program online, with just a 3 hour per week commitment to complete the self directed toolkit. In addition each fortnight they will receive a 30 minute coaching session to help further unlock their potential and apply their learning to their program goals.

  • "I have really enjoyed being able to set out some long-term goals that I have in reach. Being in year 12 and a teenager doing this program has really helped me find my strengths and also build confidence in a time where I generally don’t feel great about myself, simply through the strategies I can use and the ways I can think to improve my self-image and reach my goals."

    Ella - Student

  • “I feel stronger as a person, and have a 'greater definition' of my purpose and values in life. I have learnt a lot about other people, how to be the best version of myself, and embrace opportunities to achieve success - which I learnt, leads to overall happiness for myself.”

    Darcy - Education Sector

  • “This program has been such an insightful and beneficial course to undertake. I have learnt so much about myself and the world around me. I have been provided with the tools to allow me to become a better person in all aspects of my life, through the program’s tiles, weekly action activities, and the ability to talk to someone about my experience every few weeks."
