Nicky Brand
Acting Chief Executive
Nicky is a behavioural scientist with over 20 years’ experience in developing and evaluating evidence-based programs.
Researching current literature on ‘what works’ is a significant part of Nicky’s role to provide thought leadership and develop content that is contemporary, relevant, and effective. In addition, she echoes the sentiment “measure what you value, and value what you measure” in developing monitoring tools, evaluation frameworks and program logic models.
Responding to the market with agility is a key driver for Nicky, leveraging current technology, whilst maintaining program integrity and fidelity. This enables us to produce high quality products and services that develop personal leadership which, in turn, enhances life skills, employability skills and psychological health to a diverse audience.
Other professional interests include psychometric-based leadership coaching and team development. Personal interests include travel and improving her French language skills.
Olivia is passionate about supporting people to implement positive and long-lasting changes in their lives.
With a background in coaching, Olivia supports the wellbeing and life skill development of Australia’s workforce, through the coordination of our transformative personal leadership programs.
Olivia’s expertise in developing skills and strategies in areas of enterprise, wellbeing and resilience means she knows first-hand the power of understanding and living a life that resonates personal values.
Olivia has qualifications in Positive Psychology and Counselling - she facilitates group workshops and provides 1:1 coaching for the participants at Generation Thrive.
